1. Organizer of the Promotion

(hereinafter: the “Organizer”) hereby announces the following promotion (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).

2. Name of the Promotion

“Newsletter Subscription Prize Draw” among subscribers registering at tvp.delirest.hu

3. Duration of the Promotion

The Promotion runs from March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

Only individuals who subscribe to the newsletter via tvp.delirest.hu during this period are eligible to participate.

Subscribers to any other newsletter of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

The Promotion consists of three independent drawing periods.

4. Conditions of Participation

4.1. The Promotion is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 16 and who:

subscribe to the newsletter at tvp.delirest.hu during the Promotion period,
provide real personal data (name and email address),
accept these Official Rules.

4.2. All new newsletter subscribers automatically participate; no separate registration is required.

4.3. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded from participation.

5. Draw Dates and Eligible Participants

The Organizer will hold the following prize draws:

April 14, 2026 – among those who subscribed in March 2026

Only individuals who subscribed during the given month are eligible for that month’s draw.

6. Prizes

6.1. At each draw, 15 prizes will be awarded.

6.2. The gross individual value of each prize shall not exceed HUF 5,000.

6.3. Prizes consist of various gift items. Winners may not choose the specific prize; allocation is random.

6.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Drawing Procedure

7.1. Winners will be selected randomly from the newsletter subscriber database.

7.2. A subscriber may win a maximum of one prize per drawing period.

8. Notification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes

8.1. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at subscription within 10 working days following the draw.

8.2. Winners must provide a postal address for prize delivery.

8.3. If a winner fails to respond or provide the required information within 14 calendar days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

9. Data Processing

Details regarding data processing are set out in the Organizer’s Privacy Notice available at tvp.delirest.hu.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion, particularly in cases of force majeure.

10.2. No legal remedy is available in connection with the Promotion.

10.3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of Hungary.

10.4. The Promotion does not qualify as gambling and shall be considered solely a promotional activity under Act XXXIV of 1991 on Gambling Operations.

10.5. Any tax liabilities relating to the prizes shall be borne by the Organizer.

10.6. The Organizer excludes all liability for any claims for damages, compensation or other claims arising from participation in the Promotion, including any errors or deficiencies in its execution. The Organizer shall not be liable for events beyond its control (force majeure) or for acts of third parties not attributable to the Organizer.

Participants violating these Official Rules may be excluded from the Promotion without prior notice or justification. Excluded participants may not assert any claims against the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with other prizes of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

The Organizer may amend these Official Rules or terminate the Promotion at any time without justification.

11. Legal Remedies

11.1 Complaint Handling

Pursuant to Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, participants may submit consumer complaints to the Organizer in writing, electronically or verbally (during business hours).

Written complaints will be examined and responded to substantively within 30 days of receipt. Records of complaints and responses will be retained for three years in accordance with applicable law.

11.2 Other Enforcement Options

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the following remedies are available:

Complaint to the competent consumer protection authority
Initiation of proceedings before a conciliation board
Court proceedings under Hungarian civil law

Description of Data Processing Carried Out by the Data Controller During the Game

1. Participation in the Prize Game

Purpose of data processing	Conducting a game organized for those who subscribe to the newsletter on the tvp.delirest.hu website between 2 January 2026 and 31 March 2026.
Legal basis for data processing	The explicit consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a))
Categories of data subjects	Any natural person who has reached the age of 16 and who subscribes to the newsletter on the tvp.delirest.hu website during the game period in accordance with the game rules.
Categories of personal data	Name of the participant, email address
Data retention period	60 days following the drawing of the prize game.
Data transfer	No data transfer pursuant to Articles 44–49 of the GDPR takes place.
Recipients	None
Method of data provision	Voluntary. If the data are not provided, participation in the game is not possible.

2. Awarding of Prizes

Purpose of data processing	Delivery of the prize to the winner drawn in the prize game.
Legal basis for data processing	Legitimate interest of the data controller (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), in order to deliver the prize to the winner.
Categories of data subjects	Any natural person who has reached the age of 16 and who subscribed to the newsletter on the tvp.delirest.hu website during the game period.
Categories of personal data	The selected winner must provide a postal address so that the Organizer can send the prize.
Data retention period	8 years, for the purposes of administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, and verification of compliance with tax obligations related to the prize.
Data transfer	No data transfer pursuant to Articles 44–49 of the GDPR takes place.
Recipients	None
Method of data provision	Voluntary. If the data are not provided, the prize cannot be delivered and an alternate winner will be drawn.

Rights Related to Data Processing

The Company, as the data controller, ensures the rights set out in the GDPR for data subjects, including the following:

• Right to information (right to prior information): The data controller must provide appropriate information about the manner and circumstances of the processing of personal data
(GDPR Recital 60).

• Right to withdraw consent at any time: In order to terminate data processing based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal (GDPR Article 7).

• Right of access to data and information related to data processing (GDPR Article 15).

• Right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (GDPR Article 16).

• Right to erasure of personal data, and where personal data have been made public, the right to request that other data controllers be informed of the erasure request (“right to be forgotten”)
(GDPR Article 17).

• Right to restriction of processing (GDPR Article 18).

• Right to data portability: The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request the transfer of such data to another data controller
(GDPR Article 20).

• Right to object: Where data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party (GDPR Article 21).

• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject believes that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR (GDPR Article 77).

Exercising Rights Related to Data Processing

The data subject may contact the Data Controller using the contact details provided in Section 1 in order to exercise their rights related to the protection of personal data.

If the data subject believes that their rights relating to the protection of personal data have been violated, they may seek remedy from the following authority:

If the data subject identifies unlawful processing of their personal data, they may initiate civil proceedings against the Data Controller. The court with jurisdiction is the regional court. At the choice of the data subject, the proceedings may also be initiated before the court of the data subject’s place of residence.
The court having jurisdiction based on the Data Controller’s registered office is the Metropolitan Court of Budapest (1055 Budapest, Markó u. 27., +36 1 354 6000).

Amendment of the Data Protection Notice

The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Data Protection Notice. Amendments may be made in particular in the event of changes in legislation, data protection authority practice, business needs, or other circumstances.
